App crashes when world is opened

I purchased the City Life 2 world for both of my sons on two different iPads, every time they try to open and play on it, it crashes the app within a minute or so. We've tried restarting the app, the iPad and even deleting and re-downloading the app with no luck of it working properly. Not sure what to do next.
