[BDS-5366] Crops problems

Sugarcane, when you harvest fully grown sugarcanes, the 3 tall ones, sometimes dont fully harvest and the upper part stays floating in the air (attached picture).

This is actually 2 bugs, one related to "ground" crops (wheat, carrots, potatoes, beets), when to harvest everything some of them stay behinds as "ghosts" they are only visible when you plant something in their place, when, what you planted dissapears and the fully grown old crops pops into existance.

The second one is related to sugarcane, when you harvest fully grown sugarcanes, the 3 tall ones, sometimes dont fully harvest and the upper part stays floating in the air (attached picture).
