Unfortunately we don't accept issues related to third party marketplace content here on the bug tracker, but please add more details if you think this also affects the vanilla Minecraft game or a Mojang developed marketplace pack.

I'd suggest contacting the addon creator directly or contacting Mojang Customer Support regarding the purchase.
