No save files/folder for Minecraft (Bedrock Edition)

I'm not sure if this is the proper place to be reporting this but recently in one of my Minecraft worlds, there was a very large missing chunk (An actual hole). I've been trying to find how to fix the missing chunk and many sources ave said to use a backup file. And so this is what I attempted to do, but there's a problem. There is no file for Minecraft whatsoever and I don't know how I'm meant to get a backup if there are literally no files anywhere for me to check for the issue.
