Sale Error

I purchased "Lucky Block" from Minecraft Store on PS4 for $4.99.  It took the 830 tokens and applied it toward the purchase.  Now it shows up in my packs, but doesn't say "Owned". When I go to create a world, it lists it there too, but with a padlock and says I don't own it.  Then, I even tried to puchase it again, but gives an error message.  I'm have a really hard time figuring out who to contact about this.
