BDS-5102Couldn't obtain Enchanted Fish Rods in Sea Waters
In the latest beta version of Minecraft PE I was fishing in ocean biome, I couldn't obtain any fishing rods with enchants by only using unenchant fish rod. I tried fishing until breaking the fish rod and still got no enchant fishing rod.

Enchanted fishing rods are rare, this is most likely not a bug. If you are sure that it is a bug, does it only happen using BDS, or also in Realms and Singleplayer?
