I purchased the 4.99 minecoins pack and bought the lucky block pack by blocklab studios transaction went ok as i have 190 coins left i can equip the skins but the world is locked on my create new any help would be great thanks.

Resolution: Unresolved → Invalid

There was an outage of Marketplace content yesterday (https://twitter.com/MojangStatus/status/1257831610512289792?s=20).
If you've tried completely closing the game as mentioned in that tweet you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly. The bug tracker is manned by volunteers so we have no access to your account.
