BDS-5069Unusable item glitch
This is actually on Windows 10 edition on Xbox One Beta for 1.16.0.59. There was corrupted audio that started playing and, when it quit, an unusable item was in my hotbar. When hovered over the description was a purple oval. When I reloaded the world, it changed to "Nature".
