BDS-5025Still being charged for cancelled subscription
When opening the Realms plus info tab on my xbox, a window pops up with
"Incomplete Realm
Someone started creating a realm with the billing account on this device. Would you like to complete creating that realm with this Microsoft account as the owner?"
I click no. It closes the Realms plus info. O click on info again and the same popup returns. I am still being charged $8 every month.

As this is an issue with your account or billing, you will need to contact Mojang Customer Support directly.
