Raid mobs won't show when I ring the bell, also villagers disappearing and not reproducing children.

Ringing the bell does not spawn a raid. I would suggest jumping on the Minecraft Discord Server and asking about it there, unfortunately we don't have the ability to assist you with game mechanics.
