Iron and snow golems wont walk if there on half slabs water lthey will stand still unless you push them otherwise they wont walk onto half slabs on when already on half slabs they wont move. I'm not sure if this is every half slab I've only tested it with sandstone half slabs. I don't know if this is an intended feature but i didn't think it was
