Can't play online even with Microsoft account

I'm sorry that this is impacting you! Could you please provide the following information to help us diagnose what is going wrong?

1. PSN account name
2. Gamertag (if you have linked your PSN and Xbox Live accounts)
3. Approximate day and time when you observed the issue
4. Frequency (does this happen every time you try to sign in, or only sometimes?)
5. Have you signed in successfully before on your Playstation? If you have a friend with a different Playstation console, are you able to sign in on their console?
6. If you have linked your Xbox Live account and PSN, can you sign in with this account on a non-PS4 device (e.g.  in Xbox App on iPhone/Android/Win10)
