Friend’s game glitches when he tries to join my world

Me and my friend both have Beta features on Xbox One S and we tried joining each other’s worlds. His Xbox was frequently crashing and glitching. We don’t understand what is happening and wanted to reach out to you on the problem at hand - 

This is for 1.16 but the only option was 1.14. We would really like for you to resolve this bug so we can play together
