Micro transaction failure

I am playing bedrock PS4 and I went to purchase thought PS STORE some Minecraft tokens to get the plastic texture pack. Purchased my tokens and then the transaction failed in MC app. Tried it one more time and was charged twice and still didn't receive the tokens nor the texture pack. Would like to see this resolved. Don't want to waste 6 dollars on a texture pack I can't use. Thanks
