[BDS-4562] No me deja meterme en mi cuenta de microsft en mi playstation4

Cuando intento iniciar sesion con mi cuenta de microsoft hago todo y al final me pone en el error que ponga mi cuenta anterior de microsft pero cuando meto la otra cuenta que puse pero sin querer lo quite me salta el mismo error y estoy harto y espero que me podais ayudar
