All players names appearing as "Steve" after update
After downloading an extracting 1.14.60 into existing BDS deployment (minus "Worlds" folder and "server.properties" file) I was not able to "op" player named "Matt" with error "No targets matched selector". From the server terminal I issued the "list" command and found all players listed as "Steve", "Steve (1)", "Steve (2)", etc. I was able to op them using Steve.

What platform are the users connected from? We are seeing a similar issue with one of our users connects via PS4. It isn't allowing them box to connect to XBOX account.
When they connect to the BDS, does their XUID show up in the log? If so you can add it to permissions.json instead of opping each time.

Players are not using XBOX live authentication just a standalone server on home LAN. 3 players are using IPADS and one is a Minecraft for Windows 10. All are the same showing up as Steves.
