BDS-4379My ender dragon egg disappeared
Tried to make a fancy container for my egg but when I pushed it with a piston it just stopped existing. I have excavated the entire mountain my house is in but it just isn't there. So I'm pissed.

Have you checked world spawn?
When objects (including XP) go through the end portal they don't have a bed so they end up at spawn. This is often overlooked because most people assume it to be where they exit when going through the portal.

Yeah, I was building it at my home base, it had already dropped through the end portal and I found it, but this was at my home base in a mountain
Sorry I'm not sure I understand, does that mean you've found it now?
