BDS-4360While swimming with elytra player is not 1 block tall
When player is swimming with elytra equipped, the players height is 2 blocks tall and not 1 but camera position and animation shows it to be 1 block tall

It does not happen always when swimming with elytra. You have to hold space to get the 1.8 blocks high hitbox and this issue is a duplicate of
MCPE-54255Ignore me, bugsbugsbugs looks to have hit the nail on the head.
Will ask this be resolved as a duplicate.
