Online downloaded texture packs not working.

I try to download a texture pack online the texture pack is downloaded but when entering into a world all of the texture of the world Example: the grass, the wood and all the blocks don't have their texture this happens with every shader that i download. PS: Just in case my phone is an iPhone XR I don't know if it even matter.
