[BDS-4137] Unable to join world

I try to join a friend and it lets me in the world but i am frozen for them but i am actually moving around, and whenever they try to join one of my worlds they get stuck on locating server. ive had this version for 4 months and youve still not fixed it. I either want my money back or fix the bug.
