My world is no longer on my minecraft and i can't find it anywhere this is because my minecraft had crashed

I was playing minecraft and then all of a sudden my minecraft crashes and when i go too load the find the world back up to play it, it's not there and i can't find it anywhere. I've tried reloading minecraft and even tried resetting my console but it still isnt appearing on it. I've put quite a lot of hours into and really enjoyed playing it, but now I don't want too play minecraft if i'm not on that world please help me get it back.
