Microsoft Account won’t log in on IOS

Cannot play with friends as it always says they are offline when they aren’t. Trying to connect via invite because it timed out. Says that the microsoft account didn’t log in, nor am able to access realms. Thank you for scamming me of literally 7 whole dollars. I can’t wait for your support team to try their best to help by giving me a generic list for troubleshooting and then tell me to wait patiently until the next update or blame it on someone that isn’t your trash company that doesn’t know how to operate the simplest game known to mankind.
