The height of the nether is 128 blocks, sometimes when you use a pearl from the end we get stuck and you can't build a portal to return

We're actually already tracking this issue under MCPE-18263 so I've requested this report be resolved and linked as a duplicate.

Its possible that the ability to get onto the roof would be considered a bug but unfortunately this project isn't the place for it. For issues with the Minecraft Bedrock game please head over to the MCPE project, this project only tracks bugs for the dedicated server software.
