Trouble redeeming code

I am trying to redeem a gift code for Minecraft Bedrock Edition but I cannot redeem the code. When I go to redeem the code, it says I have already redeemed the code and I have looked in my Microsoft store to see if I had already used the code. Nothing showed up, and I did not give the code away or use it on any other account. Can I get a new code? How can I get Bedrock Edition?
