[BDS-3671] Can repair pickaxe because its "too expensive"

I go to an anvil and put my fortune III, unbreaking III, and efficiency IV pickaxe in and try to repair it with diamonds and the box where it would normally come out fixed is blank and it says "too expensive" on the beta

Thanks for your report however unfortunately you have posted it in the wrong project and will need to be closed. This project is for Bedrock Dedicated Servers only. Please head over to the Minecraft Bedrock for issues with the game itself.

Please ensure you search for existing issues before creating a new one. This issue is likely ~~MCPE-45130~~. If you don't believe it is and want to create a new report please include much more detail on how to reproduce your issue. Its expected that over time, with repairs etc, subsequent actions on an item cost more, ~~MCPE-45130~~ prevents you from resetting that cost.
