To get the IP others need to connect to you search google for "whats my ip" and it should show.
Thats not all you need though, you will need to do port forwarding on your router, that's assuming your ISP allows ports to be forwarded and isn't using CGNAT.
Unfortunately assisting in that is well beyond the scope of what we can provide here.
