[BDS-3481] Server supporting only 2 players

We played for 3 months in the same world, and for a week we are facing this problem.
We are 3 players. If 2 are logged on the server, the other is unable to log in, and if they do, they are left with absurd lag. The server is local, I am the host.

Unfortunately we are only able to accept bug reports in English. You are welcome to use an online translator, if that helps. (You can find an example bug ticket here.)
