Minecoin Bug

I just got back on from being ark for a while and I noticed that all my Minecoins were gone and then when I tried to get more they never showed up on the minecoin spot. So I tried undownloading and redowloading and not only are the minecoin not there (grated I tired to use 310 on something in game but I should still have 50-70 left ) but all the worlds and skins that I have bought over the years of playing are gone as well. Idk what’s going on I hope it’s a small matter and it gets fixed soon .
