[BDS-3449] Me han cobrado el juego, pero me ha dado error y no puedo descargarlo

Básicamente el resumen, he comprado el juego en la pagina oficial y al confirmarlo me ha dicho que ha habido un error, comprobara los datos de la tarjeta (están correctos) y aún así no me deja descargarlo tras habérmelo cobrado de mi cuenta
