Even though I already did changed in the Xbox app of my GamerTag.

Log out of your xbox account in minecraft and relogin

We've not heard back in a while. Hopefully the advice Celesian provided helped you out. I changed my Gamertag and followed the same steps and it worked.
If you are still having issues though, as this is an issue with your Xbox or Minecraft account, you will need to contact Xbox Support or Mojang Customer Support directly.
