bedrock server 1.8.0 error

My computer is Windows Server 2012 R2.

1.8Server Compression File Uncompressed and took an error

I looked up the data, so I solved it.

But there's another error saying there's no other file.

The program could not start because the computer does not have api-ms-win-core-memory-l1-1-5.dll. Reinstall the program to fix this problem.

The error appears. Please fix it~~~
