World Dissapeared After Update (Xbox 1)

I was playing on my world with 2 days+ playtime when the screen went black and the game shut down. I come back on to see the world has completely vanished. I have tried syncing old worlds and restarting several times but nothing has worked. The only thing I can see that it could've been is the update because when I turned it back on the notification for the update appeared. Just wondering if its gone forever which will be pretty upsetting if it has.
