Minecraft iOS downloaded Texture Packs wont update

I have had multiple texture packs that I have paid for and downloaded from 3rd party creators sponsored on the iOS app for Minecraft.

I have nearly all of them saying they have updates available in Marketplace that are available and compatible with the 1.14 update. I can tap the Update and it turns green, but nothing happens. I can download new packs no problem. The app itself updates ok.

While in the marketplace when I go to my “Owned Packs” tab to update I can tap on all windows, when I’m in the main window for the texture pack I press update and it turns green, and if I scroll down and back up it returns to grey. If I back out to the menu for all of my downloaded texture packs it says it still needs updating.
