I have purchased the Norse mythology pack and the Egyptian mythology pack and now I can not use them because it says I need to update them but will not let me update

It looks like your ticket relates to the "Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)" game but has accidentally been raised against the "Bedrock Dedicated Server" product.
It sounds like you're looking for support rather than reporting a bug and as such I would suggest heading to the official discord server or contacting Mojang directly at https://help.minecraft.net
