Hi Jeffery,
It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft Java Edition product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server product.
To ensure your bug report is seen by the right people, make sure you raise it against the right product.
In your case though you are using a very old Minecraft version and I would suggest looking for support on the mod creators site. It is unlikely a bug report is going to help you.
