[BDS-309] missing a lot of dll files

first, it show that kernel32.dll is error on GetCurrentPackageFamilyName ,on 1.7.0.xx
I change my system from windows server 2008 to windows server 2012 r2
And it show that chakra.dll is missing so I download a file to fix it
then it show that api-ms-win-core-memory-l1-1-3.dll is missing

I install vc++ from 2005 to 2017 , both x86 and x64 , useless

I don't know why I can run it on ubuntu, but very difficult run it on windows?

It looks like you were trying to use an unsupported OS for hosting your server. Please see the tech requirements below:

Server Requirements
The Bedrock Dedicated Server software can be run on hardware that meets the following requirements.
Operating System * Windows 10, version 1703 (Creators Update) or later; Windows Server 2016 or later

- Note: You may also need to install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 for necessary run-time components.

- Note: As of version 1.7.0.13, Windows 7 is no longer supported.

- Note: As of version 1.8.0.24, Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 are no longer supported.

Ubuntu 18

- Note: Other distributions of Linux are not supported. You may need to install additional dependencies to run the server software on other distributions of Linux
