[BDS-3030] Redstone not powered through slabs sometimes

When powered from upside, the circuit was not powered.

But when powered from downside, all redstone was powered

Issue on ALL slabs

It looks like this bug report is for the Minecraft Bedrock Codebase but has accidentally been logged against the Bedrock Dedicated Server product.

To ensure your bug report is seen by the right people I would suggest moving it to the correct area.

I would also suggest reading through the bug report tips and tricks Mega_Spud posted to help the devs get the info they need.
