My skins packs I have purchased are showing up but are locked and I cannot select them so it is huge waste of money please fix

Hi Harrison,
It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.
To ensure your bug report gets seen by the right people I would suggest checking the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section for a similar report and upvoting that, or if none exist raising a bug in that section.
