Cannot update resource packs

I can't update any resource packs since the character creator first appeared. I've tried with every update and patch, but the blue exclamation mark Is posted still. The update button will press, but then nothing happens. It's been awhile, so i hope it gets fixed soon. (Also a side note, on my Nintendo switch, the version is 1.14.1, but i couldn't enter that in the field.)
