I bought the Pixalhead content call Dinosaur Age through the Switch marketplace. And the pack hasn't had dinosaurs in it

This looks like a complaint about a resource pack rather than a bug. You've also raised it in the Bedrock Dedicated Server section rather than the section for the Minecraft game itself.

I would suggest contacting Mojang/Microsoft if you have an issue with a purchase.
