Hi Robin,
It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.
To ensure your bug report gets seen by the right people I would suggest checking the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section for a similar report and upvoting that, or if none exist raising a bug in that section.
However, this looks like it could be more of a support query as opposed to a bug, you might have better luck trying the Mojang Support site, Twitter or official discord.
