Hello, I have a problem in minecraft bedrock, I bought minecoins (logged into a microsoft account) and bought the Steven Universe package, but then I went back to minecraft and I had no minecoins (because I had 30 minecoins left over ) and the steven universe package. I bought this in Cellular.

It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.
To ensure your bug report gets seen by the right people I would suggest checking the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section for a similar report and upvoting that, or if none exist raising a bug in that section.
However, your issue appears to be related to billing/account issues rather than a game bug and for those you are better off contacting Mojang directly via https://help.minecraft.net
