BDS-2956Purchased game won’t load
Not sure I’m in the right place...I have Minecraft on my iPad. I purchased knight school by Ever Bloom studios and the coins appeared but the game will not download. It just is stuck in the loading bar page and never does anything else. How can I get the game to download?

Hi Rachael,
It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.
To ensure your bug report gets seen by the right people I would suggest checking the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section for a similar report and upvoting that, or if none exist raising a bug in that section.
It might help to ask around on the Minecraft discord server or checking https://help.minecraft.net as this sounds a little more like a support request rather than a bug (I could be wrong though).
If you do raise a new issue I would suggest reading the tips in Mega_Spuds post on bug reports, the devs need more information about the issue and how to reproduce it.
