[BDS-2954] Sometimes Mob not spawning in SMP server

I have another problem, i played at multiplayer server sometimes mobs always not spawning but the diffculty is easy, its look like peaceful, and also difficulty has suddenly changed to peaceful but SMP moderators/admins never change it, just easy difficulty, i dont know whats going on, is it a bug or glitch?

Environment

Minecraft Bedrock Mobile version 1.14.1.5

It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.

To ensure your bug report gets seen by the right people I would suggest checking the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section for a similar report and upvoting that, or if none exist raising a bug in that section.

I believe what you are experiencing is likely covered by ~~MCPE-21856~~, head over there and upvote it!
