[BDS-2953] Villager always despawned

I have problem, villagers always despawned in single player mode or multiplayer server, i dont know how its happening, its always happen when i mining or exploring world

It looks like your report relates to the Minecraft (Bedrock Codebase) product but has accidentally been raised against the Bedrock Dedicated Server section.

To ensure your bug report gets seen by the right people I would suggest checking the Minecraft (Bedrock codebase) section for a similar report and upvoting that, or if none exist raising a bug in that section.
