Crashes and Data not loading on WiFi

Global resources failing to load on Pocket edition after a hotfix, loads on mobile data but doesn’t on WiFi, and keeps crashing during gameplay on mobile data, was fine before the hotfix, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, lost my world which is worked hard in, I’m very unhappy as I can’t play for more than 10 minutes without it crashing, doesn’t load at all and crashes on WiFi
