Keeps freezing

My game keeps freezing then kicks me out of the game. It’s only recently done this. I’ll be in the middle of playing then it freezes not letting me do anything then exits the game. I keep getting back on to play. Let’s me play for about 5 minutes then does it again. This has happen to me once before when I first bought the game but it stopped after a couple times. Now it won’t stop and has been doing this every single time I get on the game. I was in the middle of leading a cow when it last did it. When I went back on the cow was gone and so was my lead??????
