[BDS-2742] The purchased coin is loss and reduced to zero

i have been purchase Minecraft coin dated 1 Jan. 2020 with Apple invoice number of MMKM7JHXFK for Minecraft Store Item 20 with amount of TWD 670.

however, the purchase coin balance is lost and reduced to zero and all modules purchased are disappear as well.

can your team help to look into this case
