Original Skyblock by Sapphire Studios purchased twice and is now locked.

I bought Original Skyblock by Sappire Studios on Minecraft pocket editions marketplace through my iTunes account. I played for about an hour then exited out of the game. When  I went to playtime world  the next day I was locked out. It instructed me that to play this world template I had to purchase the world template so I re-purchased but it has now locked me out again. I need help on how to get my access back. I was also logged On to Microsoft account in the Minecraft app. I have no idea what to do. Someone help please.
