Minecraft Store Purchases will not register after you have bought something

Yesterday I bought the Nightmare Before Christmas and toady when I went to use the pack, it was downloaded yesterday, the game outright said that I did not own the pack. Can I have a refund to get the pack back, that or you could solve the issue. I prefer that you solve the issue, because I have waited a long time to get the pack, only to lose it to a bug, how disappointing. Also keep up the great work!
